Cryomation WINS Shellspringboard Climate Change Innovation Prize
It is with great pleasure that I can announce that at last nights Shell Springboard Climate Change Awards held at Cambridge University, Cryomation Ltd were chosen as winners.

Duncan Macleod, Vice President of Future Fuels, Shell UK said: "Over the last five years, Shell Springboard has given £1.3 million to thirty small businesses like Cryomation with innovative ideas for climate change. It’s fantastic to see that the UK’s entrepreneurs continue to respond to the challenge of climate change and Shell is very happy to continue to provide some real support. We wish Richard and his team every success in moving forwards."

Many thanks to the teams at Hosokawa, Air Products and The University of Hertfordshire for their efforts in helping us develop this new process to this point, without their support this would not have been possible.

Carbon Trust Endorsement
The Carbon Trust conducted a 3 month in-depth and independent study of the Cryomation process, technology and our results and emissions claims. The study was conducted by a specialist team of doctors and scientists, appointed and funded by The Carbon Trust and headed by Dr Roger Welch. The study looked at the emissions claims being made by Cryomation and in particular the CO2 impact of our technology compared to the alternative methods being used across the world today, including incineration. The results of this study were released to us in November and we are very pleased to say that The Carbon Trust's findings were a positive confirmation of the claims we have been making during our own testing phase. While we were in little doubt about these results ourselves, it is never the less extremely encouraging to have them endorsed by such a recognised authority as The Carbon Trust.
